What we collect

• Account information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and subscription status — never your full card number.
• Product data: the minimum needed to provide the service (cancel-session records (product, anonymized customer/subscription IDs, selected reasons, offer outcomes) and your account email. We never see your subscribers' payment details.).
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your site's content to train models.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. There is no product dashboard and no sign-in: access is by API key, shown exactly once when you claim it and stored only as a hash.

Data retention & deletion

Session records are kept for the life of your subscription plus 12 months for analytics continuity, then deleted. Email us for earlier deletion or export.
