About Staystack

Staystack is a no-code cancel flow for Stripe SaaS. The problem is arithmetic: a meaningful slice of cancellations is saveable with the right offer at the right moment, but the tools that do this start at $200/month — priced for companies that already have a retention team.

We're in pre-launch. The widget, offer engine, A/B framework, Stripe application layer (pause/discount/downgrade), and webhook sync are built and tested (22 automated tests, all passing).

We will never promise you a save rate. We give you the offers, the testing, and the data — the results are yours.

What we won't do

We won't use dark patterns (“cancel anyway” is always equally prominent), we won't promise save rates, and we won't touch involuntary churn — failed payments are a different product.
